国际二叠纪地层分会已就二叠系的统和阶的划分、命名及其下界的层位达成统一意见,提出新的二叠系年代地层表,该表由3个最佳的区域性地层序列组成,即代表下二叠统的俄罗斯和哈萨克斯坦乌拉尔地区的乌拉尔统(Cisuralian Series),上二叠统下部和上部的美国西南部的瓜德鲁普统(Guadalupian series)和中国华南地区的乐平统(Lopingian Series)。新表为建立二叠系内部界线的全球层型及点位准备了工作方案,也为更精确地对比海相二叠纪地层提供了参照标准。
The International Permian Stratigraphy Branch has reached a unified opinion on the division and naming of the Permian congregation and the strata of its lower bounds and proposed a new Permian chronostratigraphic table consisting of the three best regional strata The sequence consists of the Lower Permian Russia and the Urals of Kazakhstan, the Cisuralian Series, the Guadalupian series in the lower and upper Upper Permian and the South China Lopingian Series. The new table has prepared a program of work to establish a global stratigraphic and point setting within the Permian interior and also provides a reference standard for more accurate comparisons of the marine Permian strata.
