高血压病是老年常见心血管病之一。随年龄增长发病率有增高趋势,且并发症多,现将我院一年内收治的186例老年高血压病人初步分析如下。资料我院1991年5月～1992年5月共收治老年疗养员672人。其中高血压病人186例,年龄60～83岁。男132例,女54例。有明显症状128例,无症状58例。有并发症120例,无并发症66例。诊断标准符合WHO 制定的标准。
Hypertension is one of the common cardiovascular diseases in the elderly. Increasing trend with age tends to increase, and the complications, now admitted to our hospital within a year of 186 cases of elderly hypertensive patients are initially analyzed as follows. Data Our hospital from May 1991 to May 1992 a total of 672 elderly care unit admitted. 186 cases of hypertensive patients, aged 60 to 83 years. 132 males and 54 females. There are 128 cases of obvious symptoms, 58 cases of asymptomatic. There are 120 cases of complications, 66 cases without complications. Diagnostic criteria in line with WHO standards.
