随着我国的发展不断深化,各行业的发展也是紧跟时代的脚步,对于建筑行业的发展,我国因发展的时期的特性,主要集中在近二十年的黄金时代,建筑行业的爆发式发展,造成了从设计到施工再到竣工的管理体系建设并没有跟上时代的发展,本文主要针对建筑现场施工管理比较突出的问题进行科学分析,并制定相对应得改进控制措施。
