酒店规模与数量随着我国经济以及旅游业的发展而逐渐扩大与增加,进而极大的刺激我国酒店装修行业的发展。此外,在酒店装修环节中,暴露出了施工管理不规范以及装修质量参差不齐等现象的发生,在一定程度上制约了我国酒店装修行业的发展。鉴于此,本文以相关工程实例为出发点,对酒店装修过程中施工管理中的具体关键措施加以分析,以供专业人士借鉴与参考。
With the development of economy and tourism in our country, the scale and number of hotels gradually expand and increase, which greatly stimulates the development of hotel decoration industry in our country. In addition, in the hotel decoration links, the construction management has exposed irregularities and the uneven quality of decoration and other phenomena, to a certain extent, restricted the development of China’s hotel decoration industry. In view of this, this article takes the related engineering examples as the starting point, and analyzes the concrete key measures in the construction management during the process of hotel decoration so as to be used by professionals for reference.
