本文采用现场调查、实验观察与实验室人工感染传代分离相结合的方法,研究了滇西北间日疟原虫生物学特性。结果是:内潜伏期有长有短,长短相兼同属一株;复发率低,有近期复发和远期复发之分;临床初发和复发均为典型的隔日发作;对伯氨喹啉和氯喹都很敏感;对当地的常见按蚊——黑色按蚊和八代按蚊敏感,对驯化的中华按蚊人工感染敏感度可以高达100%;春未复初无疟史发病普遍存在;疟疾发病率的高峰月,出现在当年新感染季节前或媒介按蚊高峰前。由于分离传代的感染源来自滇西北的的维西县,因此,命名为间日疟原虫维西株(WEI XI of Plasmodium Vivax)。
In this paper, a combination of field investigation, laboratory observation and artificial infection in laboratory were combined to study the biological characteristics of Plasmodium vivax in Northwest Yunnan.
