本研究对一侧后牙缺失后小型猪髁状突和关节盘碱性磷酸酶活性变化进行了观察,结果发现,一侧后牙缺失1个月后,失牙侧髁状突碱性磷酸酶活性升高,至3个月时仍呈上升趋势;非拔牙侧髁状突和两侧关节盘的碱性磷酸酶活性在失牙后1个月时升高,而至3个月时则趋于回归。这表明两侧髁状突和关节盘的骨和软骨细胞在一侧后牙缺失后代谢活性均有变化但趋势不同。
