派出检察室是根据《人民检察院组织法》第二条设立的检察系统内部派出机构。以广东增城市人民检察院派驻新塘镇检察室为例,当前派出检察室后勤管理工作存在分工不明、机制不规范、服务对象不一等问题。应根据派出检察室区域特点、检察业务需要,明确分工,提升人员执行力,以更好地提升后勤服务质量。
The dispatch of the prosecutor’s office is based on the “People’s Procuratorate Law” established by the second procuratorial system within the agency. Taking the case of the Procuratorate of Xintang Town, People’s Procuratorate of Zengcheng City, Guangdong Province, for example, the logistical management work currently dispatched by the procuratorate has the problems of unclear division of labor, non-standard mechanism and different service targets. According to the characteristics of the area dispatched by the prosecutor’s office, procuratorial business needs should be clarified, the division of labor should be clearly defined, and the execution of personnel should be enhanced so as to better enhance the quality of logistics services.
