数学概念的教学,如果处理不当,容易艰涩枯燥,使学生望而生畏。反之,如果设计巧妙,方法新颖,学生则可以在数学概念的学习中领略到深层次的思维乐趣,反而易于形成学习数学和运用数学的朦胧志趣。新课标指出:重要的数学概念与数学思想宜体现螺旋上升的原则,一些重要的数学概念与数学思想方法的内容应根据学生的心理特征、知识背景和所学知识的特点,采用螺旋上升的方式,但要避免不必要的重复。可是,在实际的数学教学中,究竟该如何实践这一课程理念?
