目的:研究野生万寿竹种子的萌发特性,明确种子适宜萌发条件。方法:以野生万寿竹种子为试验材料,测定了万寿竹种子的吸水率,采用培养皿发芽法,比较了不同培养温度(15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃)、光照和暗黑、纸上和纸间发芽床条件、去种皮与不去种皮的种子前处理对万寿竹种子萌发的影响,测定其萌发率,观察萌发动态。结果:种子千粒重为33.24 g;种子吸水在30 h达到了饱和状态,吸水量为96.90%;种子用萌发处理剂浸泡24 h,培养在25℃、纸间发芽床、黑暗条件下萌发率较高。结论:不去种皮,萌发处理剂浸种24 h,在25℃黑暗条件下进行纸间培养是万寿竹种子萌发的最适条件。
Objective: To study the germination characteristics of wild Wanshou bamboo and to determine the suitable germination conditions of the seeds. Methods: The water absorption rate of Wanshou bamboo was determined by using wild Wanshou bamboo as test material. The effects of different culture temperature (15 ℃, 20 ℃, 25 ℃, 30 ℃), light and darkness, Germination bed conditions on the paper and between the paper, with seed and non-seed coat seed pre-treatment of Wanshou bamboo seed germination, the determination of the germination rate, to observe the germination dynamics. Results: The seed weight was 33.24 g, the seed water absorption reached the saturated state at 30 h, and the water absorption was 96.90%. The seeds were soaked in germinating agent for 24 h and germinated at 25 ℃ with high germination rate under dark conditions . Conclusion: The optimum conditions for seed germination of Wanshou bamboo were that no seed coat and germination treatment were soaked for 24 h, and the paper culture under dark conditions at 25 ℃ was carried out.
