目的 测定和比较脑肿瘤病人及非脑肿瘤病人脑脊液中果糖等多元醇的含量,以了解它们在脑肿瘤生化代谢过程中的作用。方法 采用日本岛津高效气相色谱仪,对40例脑肿瘤病人和15例对照组病人脑脊液中果糖、葡萄醇、肌醇及甘露醛4种多元醇含量进行了测定,并进行统计学分析比较。结果 脑肿瘤组脑脊液中多元醇浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.01);恶性脑肿瘤脑脊液中多元醇含量高于良性脑肿瘤(P<0.01);术前高于术后。结论 脑脊液中的多元醇,特别是果糖和葡萄醇与脑肿瘤生长代谢有密切关系,或许在脑肿瘤生长代谢过程中起着重要作用。
Objective To determine and compare the content of fructose and other polyols in cerebrospinal fluid of brain tumor patients and non-brain tumor patients so as to understand their roles in the biochemical metabolism of brain tumors. Methods The Shimadzu high performance gas chromatograph was used to determine the contents of four kinds of polyols in fructose, glucose, myo-inositol and mannitol in cerebrospinal fluid of 40 patients with brain tumor and 15 patients in control group. The data were compared statistically. Results The concentration of polyols in cerebrospinal fluid in brain tumor group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). The content of polyhydric alcohol in cerebrospinal fluid in malignant brain tumor was higher than that in benign brain tumor (P <0.01). Conclusions Polyols in cerebrospinal fluid, especially fructose and grape alcohol, are closely related to brain tumor growth and metabolism, which may play an important role in brain tumor growth and metabolism.
