要让企业内弥漫着坦诚、信任的清新空气。而要形成这种诚信文化,老板很关键。因为人都有一种奇怪的心理,人人都希望对方向自己敞开心扉,坦诚相见,但人人又都紧锁心门,不愿意首先打开心门。这时候老板必须主动。如果老板自己不能信任自己的员工,处处以怀疑的眼光看待,又怎能期望员工信任他呢?要在员工与老板间建立起信任,经常性沟通自然必不可少,但行动更能让人信服。我在企业内提倡“人与人之间要互相补台而不是相互拆台”。企业不可能找到一个完美无缺的人,既然人无完人,工作中必定会有差错或问题产生。我的要求是,当有问题产生时,企业内立刻进行360°全方位“补台大行动”:下级帮上级补、上级帮下属补、同级帮同级补,如此一来,整个公司就能保证良性循环,人与人之间也就有了信任感,下级向上级隐瞒问题与真相的情况也就很少出现。

My requirement is that when a problem arises, the company immediately conducts a 360° full-scale “replenishment of Taiwan’s actions ”: the subordinate to help superiors, the superior to help subordinates, the same level to help fill the same level, so that the entire company It will ensure a virtuous circle, and trust will be felt among people, and the situation of concealment of problems and truths from lower to higher levels will rarely occur.
