中国质量管理协会化工分会2000年质量工作指导思想是:高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,以党的十五大精神和十五届四中全会《关于国有企业改革和发展若干重大问题的决定》为指导,认真贯彻落实国务院《关于进一步加强产品质量工作若干问题的决定》,团结广大质量工作者,充分发挥协会的桥梁和纽带作用,为政府当好参谋,为会员单位搞好服务,努力促进化工行业产品质量总体水平的提高。2000年准备做好以下几方面工作:
