2014年3月31日第一条为规范中国地质灾害防治工程行业协会(以下简称协会)的组织建设,适时将实力雄厚、诚实守信、热心协会工作的会员单位、理事单位吸收为理事单位、常务理事单位,不断完善理事会、常务理事会的组织构成,充分发挥理事会、常务理事会功能,根据协会《章程》、《会员管理办法》的有关规定,制定本规定。第二条本规定所称理事、常务理事系指单位理事、单位常务理事。个人理事、个人常务理事采用特邀方式。
