我国大学生的就业形势相对严峻,法学专业就业难的情况更为严重。本文将从就业难的原因分析入手,指出法学专业就业难最主要的现实原因是学生缺乏实践能力,就业观念不正确等。并从如何引导学生树立正确的就业观念,如何提高学生综合实践能力等角度提出意见,以期培养出符合社会需求的专业化、实践型法学人才,从而在根本上解决法学专业毕业生就业难的问题。
The employment situation of undergraduates in our country is relatively harsh, and the employment difficulties in legal profession are even more serious. This article will start with the analysis of the reasons for the difficulty of employment, and points out that the most important practical reasons for the employment of law major are the lack of practical ability of students and incorrect employment concepts. From the angle of how to guide students to set up correct concept of employment and how to improve students’ ability of comprehensive practice, the paper puts forward suggestions on how to cultivate professional and practical legal talents that meet the needs of society and solve the problem of employment difficulties for law graduates fundamentally. .
