目的:研究脑血管造影技术(CTA)在脑动脉瘤诊治中的应用价值。方法:对我院2012年5月~2013年5月行CTA急诊检查疑为脑动脉瘤患者共60例进行了回顾性分析。结果:所有患者中,共有59例通过CTA检查诊断为脑动脉瘤,CTA在诊断脑动脉瘤时的敏感度高达98.33%。60例患者均行介入栓塞术或开颅夹闭术,动脉瘤得以成功解决。结论:CTA在诊断脑动脉瘤时具有很高的敏感度,其检查结果对指导手术治疗具有很高的可靠性。所以CTA在脑动脉瘤诊治中具有很高的应用价值。
Objective: To study the value of cerebrovascular angiography (CTA) in diagnosis and treatment of cerebral aneurysm. Methods: A total of 60 patients suspected of cerebral aneurysm underwent CTA emergency examination from May 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results: A total of 59 patients were diagnosed as cerebral aneurysm by CTA in all patients. The sensitivity of CTA in diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm was as high as 98.33%. 60 patients underwent interventional embolization or craniotomy, aneurysm was successfully resolved. Conclusion: CTA has a high sensitivity in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms. The results of the examination are highly reliable in guiding the surgical treatment. Therefore, CTA in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral aneurysm has a high value.
