SA-106C是ASME SA标准中的钢号,是高温大口径锅炉用碳-锰钢管。其化学成分简单、与20G碳钢类似,但碳、锰含量较高,焊接性稍差,经过合适的热处理加工后。其屈服强度较20G高约12%左右,塑韧性也较好。可以减薄壁厚约10%,既可节约材料费用,又可减少焊接工作量,并改善联箱启动时的应力差。本文制定了该钢材的热处理工艺,并加以运用,取得了良好效果。
SA-106C is the ASME SA standard steel, is high-temperature large-diameter boiler with carbon-manganese steel. Its chemical composition is simple, similar to 20G carbon steel, but carbon, manganese content is higher, less weldability, after the appropriate heat treatment process. The yield strength of about 20% higher than 20G, plastic toughness is also better. The wall thickness can be thinned by about 10%, not only saving the material cost but also reducing the welding workload and improving the stress difference when the header is started. This article set the heat treatment process of the steel, and use it, and achieved good results.
