芽胞杆菌HCH菌株发酵、灭菌、浓缩液,用含毒介质法测定其EC_(50)为177.8mg·kg~(-1)。将该菌发酵液进行不同处理,即发酵原液、原液灭菌、原液体积浓缩一半、原液浓缩又灭菌及对照药剂多菌灵,用于田间小区防治小麦赤霉病试验,防治效果分别为59.36%、51.36%、61.24%、48.19%和57.77%。上述4种处理与多菌灵在用量各减半后,混合使用,其防效均高于各单剂,发酵灭菌原液+多菌灵,防效为75.64%。
The Bacillus sp. HCH strain was fermented, sterilized and concentrated. The EC 50 of the bacillus HCH strain was 177.8 mg · kg -1 with the toxic medium method. The fermentation broth of the bacteria were treated in different ways, that is, the fermentation broth, the stock solution was sterilized, the stock solution volume was concentrated by half, the stock solution was concentrated and sterilized and the control agent carbendazim was used in the field plot to control the wheat scab, the control effect was 59.36 %, 51.36%, 61.24%, 48.19% and 57.77%. The above four kinds of treatment with carbendazim in the amount of each halved after the mixed use of its control effect were higher than the single agent, fermentation sterilization solution + carbendazim, control effect was 75.64%.
