采用双波长分光光度法测定中药复方制剂小儿肺热咳喘口服液中黄芩的主要成分黄芩甙的含量。样品可不经分离,用双波长法消除共存的干扰,直接进行测定。同时使用UV-3000和751型分光光度计,所得结果基本一致。
The dual-wavelength spectrophotometric method was used to determine the content of astragalus, the main component of Astragalus membranaceus in Xiaoerfeike Kechuan Oral Liquid. The sample can be directly measured without using the dual wavelength method to eliminate coexisting interference without separation. Using the UV-3000 and 751 spectrophotometers at the same time, the results are basically the same.
