本文通过切削性能的对比试验证明:激光合金化(涂层)处理的高速钢外圆车刀比普通未经激光合金化(涂层)处理的高速钢外圆车刀,其切削温度可降低25~40℃左右,耐磨性能提高2~3倍左右。
In this paper, the cutting performance of the comparative test proved that: laser alloying (coating) treatment of high-speed steel turning tool than the general without laser alloying (coating) treatment of high-speed steel turning tool, the cutting temperature can be reduced by 25 ~ 40 ℃ or so, wear resistance increased by 2 to 3 times.
