葡萄簇肉瘤(Sarcoma botryoides)颇罕见。我院自1958年到现在,在近30,000例活检中,计本瘤5例。其中一例且有巨块状鼻腔及鼻咽部粘液腺组织瘤样增生,为文献所未论及,现将本组病例扼要报告如下: 一般资料年龄 3个月、1周岁、14个月、3周岁至6周岁者各一例。性别女性4例,男性1例(6周岁)。病变部位膀胱内1例、阴道内2例,外耳道1例、鼻咽及鼻腔1例。症状均为阻塞、流血或流脓,有的有坏死组织脱落。病例摘要例1 女婴,14个月,因阴道内有赘生物,流血,于1959年1月入院。例2 女婴,12个月,因阴道流脓血样液一个
Sarcoma botryoides are rare. Our hospital from 1958 to the present, nearly 30,000 biopsies, accounting for 5 cases of the tumor.
