目的 建立RP -HPLC法测定盐酸洛美沙星及其制剂的含量。方法 SperisorbC18色谱柱 (4 .6mm× 2 5 0mm ,10 μm) ,流动相为庚磺酸钠磷酸二氢钾溶液 -甲醇 -磷酸 (4 9∶5 1∶0 .7) ,检测波长 2 87nm ,采用外标法。 结果 方法线性范围 2 5 .0～ 2 0 0 .0 μg·ml-1。平均回收率为 97.7%,RSD =1.47%(n =5 ) ,日内和日间RSD分别为 1.45 %和 2 .5 6 %。结论 该法简便、快速、重复性好 ,可作为盐酸洛美沙星及其制剂的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of lomefloxacin hydrochloride and its preparations. Methods Sperisorb C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 10 μm) was prepared. The mobile phase consisted of sodium heptane sulfonate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution, methanol-phosphoric acid (49:5 1:07), detection wavelength at 2 87 nm, Using external standard method. Results The linear range of the method was 25.0 ~ 200.0 μg · ml-1. The average recovery rate was 97.7% with RSD = 1.47% (n = 5). The intraday and interday RSDs were 1.45% and 2.56% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, reproducible and can be used as a method for the determination of lomefloxacin hydrochloride and its preparation.
