近期,我国南方部分地区相继发生严重洪涝灾害,湖北等省茶园大面积受灾。为指导茶园科学抗灾,恢复茶园园相,减轻损失,湖北省农业厅果茶办公室、全国农业技术推广服务中心、中国农业科学院茶叶研究所针对当前最急迫的8个问题制定了技术措施。1茶园抗洪救灾应重点抓好的几项工作当前要深入生产一线,调研灾情掌握受灾状况,实行分类指导,确保各项抗灾保目标措施落实到位。重点抓好“六抢”。一是抢排。排水、减渍害、涝害。二
