我国电力行业具有垄断性特征,长期以来传统的计划经济影响着行业发展.随着外部环境和市场经济最新秩序的变化,新的市场规则对电力行业提出了全新的要求,处在边远地区旗县的电力更是如此.本文就旗县电力市场存在的问题进行了探索,并就此提出了相应的营销对策.
