老年消化性溃疡与青、中年患者的区别已引起国内外学者的重视。本文报告212例50岁以上的溃疡病患者,其在发病、症状、并发症等方面的临床特点如下: 一、老年胃溃疡比十二指肠溃疡相对较多(1.1:1)。 二、症状多不典型,无症状或以并发症为首发症状,本文患者有典型症状者仅占2/5。 三、老年患者高位溃疡较多,易有巨型溃疡。本文128例胃溃疡中有24例高位溃疡。胃溃疡有20例≥2.5cm,占胃溃疡总数的15.6％。
The difference between elderly peptic ulcer and young and middle-aged patients has attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad. This article reports 212 cases of patients over the age of 50 with ulcer disease, its clinical features in the incidence, symptoms, complications, etc. are as follows: First, older gastric ulcer is more than duodenal ulcer (1.1: 1). Second, the symptoms are atypical, asymptomatic or with complications as the first symptom, this article patients with typical symptoms accounted for only 2/5. Third, elderly patients with high ulcers, easy to have giant ulcers. 128 cases of gastric ulcer in 24 cases of high ulcers. Gastric ulcer in 20 cases ≥ 2.5cm, accounting for 15.6% of the total number of gastric ulcer.
