考虑到免疫机理在再生障碍性贫血(简称再障)发病学中的作用,作者研究了该病骨髓淋巴细胞的超微结构。取胸骨穿刺的骨髓小粒,按电镜常规制作超薄切片,枸橼酸铅染色,用YЗМБ-100B电镜进行观察。共观察12例再障病人(男7例,女5例),亚急性再障3例,亚急性再生低下性贫血9例;6例作了治疗前后的动态观察;年龄7～46岁,所有病人都得到包括皮质激素类药物在内的综合治疗,7
Considering the role of immune mechanisms in the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia (Achromiasis), the authors studied the ultrastructure of the bone marrow lymphocytes in this disease. Take the sternal bone marrow pellets, according to the conventional production of ultra-thin electron microscopy section, lead citrate staining, with YЗМБ-100B electron microscope observation.
