CEATEC 2006展会是从2000年首次开办以来的第7届,今年从10月4日开幕,历时5天,共有807家企业参展,与会者达到约20万人。据主办方介绍,CEATEC已成为与美国的CES、欧洲的IFA规模相当的全球性电子产品大型展会。此次展会上亮相的媒体PC及蓝光DVD如实反映了这两个领域的最新热潮,而在显示技术、存储技术等领域也涌现出一些全球主流厂商的最新动向。这是一场值得关注和研究的数字／电子信息技术盛会。
CEATEC 2006 is the 7th since its first launch in 2000. It opened on October 4 this year and took 5 days. A total of 807 exhibitors took part in the exhibition, reaching about 200,000 participants. According to the organizers, CEATEC has become a large-scale global electronic product exhibition with the scale of CES in the United States and IFA in Europe. The media PC and Blu-ray DVD unveiled at the show truly reflect the latest upsurge in both of these areas, and some recent trends in the global mainstream have also emerged in areas such as display technology and storage technology. This is a digital / electronic information technology event worthy of attention and research.
