为配合“高压抗磨液压油的研制”的八五攻关课题,我们研制了HF-O高压抗磨液压油品试验台。抗磨油的试验方法是:将一定量的高压抗磨液压油分别通过一只叶片泵和一只柱塞泵,在17.5MPa,31-MPa,2400r/min,72~95℃各运行100h,然后通过称重,目测,间隙测量,分析各摩擦副的磨损情况,综合评定油品的各项性能指标。在测试过程中污染度的检测和油的污染度的控制起着关键作用。 1 油液污染的产生和危害性 油液污染主要由三部分组成:(1)杂质污染:杂质可归纳为不溶性杂质和可溶性杂质二类。杂质的来源有系统外部带入的,也有内部产生的,如液压元件和管子装配时,带入的焊渣,切屑,铁锈,磨料等,台架运行时,由于高温,高压及磨损产生的磨粒,油氧化物,密封材料的橡胶碎片等。 杂质将加速零件的磨损,引起划痕,拉毛和阀芯卡死。叶片泵定子磨损与杂质重量成比例增加。杂质过多将使柱塞泵滑靴通道小孔堵塞,不能产生静压支承油膜,引起滑靴表面急剧磨损。 (2)水分污染:试验油在制备,分装,贮存过程中,因密封不当,容易带入水分,油箱冷却时内壁形成的微小水珠也是污染源,水分能引起很多问题,如在泵入口产生气穴和特征

(2) Water pollution: During the process of preparation, packaging and storage, the test oil is easy to bring in moisture due to improper sealing.
