例1,男,22岁,因接触粉尘致全身荨麻疹后肌注强力解毒敏4 m1,拔起注射针时患者即出现双眼失明,约5分钟后视力渐渐恢复(未用药).患者既往肌注其它针剂无任何反应.次日上午再次注射强力解毒敏2ml,1分钟后出现双眼失明,3分钟后视力恢复.例2,男,8岁,因吃虾后出现荨麻疹而肌注强力解毒敏2m1,约2分钟后出现双眼失明,伴心慌、轻度头晕,给予50%GS40m1口服5分钟
