患者男,48岁。因不眠1个月,伴疑虑、生活不能自理,于1989年5月29日住院。诊为“精神分裂症”,给予冬眠灵100mg静滴,口服氯氮平75mg/日。两周后病情好转,WBC 12800/mm~3,N84％,L16％。停用冬眠灵,氯氮平递增至300mg/日。6月29日,复查血象WBC3100/mm~3,N64％,L36％,即停用氯氮平,口服鲨肝醇及维生素B_4。两天后因双下肢皮肤毛囊炎,遂口服四环素0.5g,每日4次。7月2～3日,持续高热39～40.3℃,
