舌下腺囊肿31例手术治疗体会

临床资料 本组共31例,男12例,女19例。年龄最小8岁,最大40岁。左侧13例,右侧18例,舌下型21例,舌下作颌下型8例,颌下型2例。曾行其它方法治疗后复发者7例(囊肿切开术3例,囊肿摘除术3例,硬化剂囊腔内注射1例)。手术方式及效果:舌下腺及囊肿同时摘除9例,单纯舌下腺摘除22例,随访28例,最长时间为9年,最短为半年,均未复发。其中8例舌下伴颌下型及2例颌下型全部仅从口内作舌下腺摘除,其治愈率100％。

Clinical data of this group a total of 31 cases, 12 males and 19 females. Youngest 8 years old, up to 40 years old. 13 cases on the left, 18 cases on the right, 21 cases under the tongue, 8 cases under the tongue under the submandibular, and 2 cases under the submandibular. 7 cases had recurrence after treatment with other methods (cyst incision in 3 cases, cyst excision in 3 cases, sclerotherapy in 1 case). Surgical methods and effects: Simultaneous removal of the sublingual gland and cyst in 9 cases, simple sublingual gland removal in 22 cases, 28 cases were followed up for a maximum of 9 years, the shortest of six months, were not relapsed. Among them, 8 cases of sublingual and 2 cases of submandibular sublingual were only removed from the mouth for sublingual gland. The cure rate was 100%.
