莫斯科口腔医学中心研究所,1986～1987年为865例患者施行义齿种植手术1070次(下颌828次,上颌242次),植入种植体1155个。患者年龄17～65岁。男394例,女471例。术后随诊1～12年。 随诊结果:1155个种植体中拔除87个(7.5％);1年内拔除26个,主要是由于手术失误,在形成种植床时发生热灼伤,造成牙槽骨坏死;或固定不充分,使种植体松动或折断。1～5年拔除24个,5～10年拔除27个。10～12年拔除10个。主要是功能负荷以后,种植体周围骨质吸收,形成纤维膜,种植体松动,并发炎症疼痛。不得不拔除。
The Institute of Stomatology, Moscow Stomatology Institute conducted 1,070 denture implant operations (828 mandibular and 242 maxillary) for 865 patients from 1986 to 1987 and implanted 1155 implants.
