目的探讨阿德福韦酯配合肝动脉灌注加栓塞术治疗原发性肝癌的疗效。方法将50例确诊为原发性肝癌患者分为2组,介入治疗方法相同,治疗组加用阿德福韦酯,进行疗效对比。结果治疗组治疗有效率93.3%,较对照组有效率55%高。结论阿德福韦酯配合介入治疗可明显提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of adefovir dipivoxil combined with hepatic artery perfusion and embolization on primary liver cancer. Methods Fifty patients diagnosed as primary liver cancer were divided into two groups with the same interventional therapy. Adefovir dipivoxil was used in the treatment group, and the curative effect was compared. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, which was 55% higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil with interventional therapy can significantly improve the efficacy.
