孔的轴线为空间任意位置时,在通用机床上加工很难确定理想的测量基准,加工找正及测量部不能象加工平面孔系那样容易。空间角度孔的加工最终仍是将被加工孔的轴线转换到同刀具回转轴线相重合的位置上,怎样才能实现这种转换呢?现从空间角度孔的计算分析、夹具设计及加工找正等几个方面加以讨论。一、加工计算在图1中:BD—空间角度孔的轴线;λ—BD轴线的空间角;α、β、Υ—BD轴线的投影角;θ—BD轴线与AD间的夹角。
