按照全国总工会十三届二次执委会的精神和北京市总工会的要求,燕化公司工会广泛开展了经济技术创新工程的系列活动,把传统的工会劳动竞赛活动系统化,把职工的创新攻关活动规范化,取得了较好的效果。实践证明,经济技术创新工程是工会围绕企业生产经营中心开展工作的基本途径,是工会两个维护相统一原则的具体体现,是激发职工主人翁精神和积极性、创造性的重要方法。
