1 .引言近年来 ,为保持国民经济持续快速增长 ,国家采取了扩大内需 ,增加固定资产投资 ,加快基础设施建设的经济政策 ,并把加快交通基础设施建设列为重点之一。在国家通过发行国债 ,几度扩大对交通投入的有利形势下 ,交通基础设施建设速度明显加快发展 ,掀起了新一轮建设高潮。
In recent years, in order to maintain the sustained and rapid growth of the national economy, the state has taken economic policies of expanding domestic demand, increasing the investment in fixed assets and speeding up the construction of infrastructure, and has made it one of the priorities to accelerate the construction of transportation infrastructure. Under the favorable situation in which the state issued treasury bonds for several times to increase investment in transportation, the speed of construction of transportation infrastructure accelerated markedly and set off a new upsurge of construction.
