企业医院的改制目的和目标,就是把医院这一块从企业中剥离出来,使医院形成“独立核算,自负盈亏,具有法人资格的医疗服务实体”。这是市场经济条件下现代企业制度的要求,是一种不可逆转的方向。至于采取哪种剥离形式,各地要根据具体情况,再综合考虑政策、财力、环境因素、医院档次水平、人员素质等因素,因地制宜去操作。中国这么大,情况复杂,各企业医院的差别又大,不会是单一分离模式。
