2010年国家公务员考试已经结束,纵观申论试卷,笔者感到有很大变化。从研究申论的角度出发,为帮助考生理解相关问题,现就2010年国考申论试卷谈一点浅显的看法。一、2010年国考申论A卷特点1.形式上,两卷分立,考试更加科学这次考试将省级以上(含副省级)综合管理类职位与地市级以下综合管理类、行政执法类职位分为两张试卷(本文称A、B卷)。两卷分立,是针对不同类别层次考生所设,A卷较B卷难度稍大。这种考试分类的层次性,更能体现考试的针对性和科学性。
