[目的]观察补心益气方联合西药治疗缺血性心肌病心衰疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将72例住院患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组36例利尿剂,醛固酮受体拮抗剂,ACEI/ARB,β受体阻滞剂,抗血小板聚集及他汀类药物。治疗组36例补心益气方(党参20g,黄芪炙、玉竹、百合各10g,远志12g,茯苓、白术炒、生地、麦冬各10g,陈皮12g,佛手6g,甘草3g),水煎400m L,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、空腹血清游离脂肪、心功能分级、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效19例,有效13例,无效4例,总有效率88.89%。对照组显效15例,有效14例,无效7例,总有效率80.56%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P>0.05)。临床症状积分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补心益气方联合西药治疗缺血性心肌病心衰,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Buxin Yiqi Recipe combined with western medicine in treating heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 72 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of visiting doctor. Control group, 36 cases of diuretic, aldosterone receptor antagonist, ACEI / ARB, β blockers, antiplatelet aggregation and statins. The treatment group 36 cases of Bu Xin Yi Qi Fang (Codonopsis 20g, Astragalus Sunburn, Polygonatum, lily of the 10g, Polygalaceae 12g, Poria, Atractylodes fried, habitat, Radix each 10g, Citrus 12g, bergamot 6g, licorice 3g), decoction 400m L, morning and evening warm clothes; western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, fasting serum free fat, cardiac function classification, adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Result] The treatment group was effective in 19 cases, effective in 13 cases, ineffective in 4 cases, the total effective rate was 88.89%. The control group markedly effective in 15 cases, effective in 14 cases, 7 cases, the total effective rate was 80.56%. The treatment group than the control group (P> 0.05). Clinical symptom scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Weixin Yiqi prescription combined with Western medicine in the treatment of heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy has satisfactory curative effect and no serious side effects. It is worth popularizing.
