本文用放躬免疫分析技术测定32名新生儿窒息患儿(观察组)和34名健康新生儿(对照组)生后24小时内及第4周血清促性腺及性激素分泌水平。两组在平均胎龄、体重、性别上无显著差异。结果显示:观察组比对照组生后24小时内血清促性腺及性激素分泌水平明显下降,而第4周则恢复正常。提示窒息-缺氧对新生儿下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴有抑制作用,这种影响是可逆的。
In this study, immunocompromised technique was used to determine the level of serum gonadotropin and sex hormone secretion in 32 neonates with asphyxia (observation group) and 34 healthy newborns (control group) within 24 hours after birth and at 4 weeks after birth. The two groups in the average gestational age, weight, gender, no significant difference. The results showed that the levels of serum gonadal and sex hormone secretion in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group within 24 hours after birth, but returned to normal in the fourth week. Tip asphyxia - hypoxia on the hypothalamic - pituitary - gonadal axis in neonatal inhibition, this effect is reversible.
