第九届中国药店·修正·斯达舒杯“十大金牌店长”评选活动已落下帷幕。在本次评选中,主办方依惯例设置了门店实地调研环节,该环节以调研报告形式重点考查了选手思考问题的全面性、捕捉问题的敏锐性、解决方案的可操作性以及语言表达的准确性,而这些也正是一名优秀店长必备的综合素质。在短短数小时的时限内,各选手依各自视角完成了对目标门店的问题诊断及整改方案,显示出平素厚重的积累以及良好的应变能力。限于篇幅,本文仅节选部分选手的调研报告,在展示其过硬实力的同时,也希望能对读者有所启迪。
