目的深入了解我院近10年来的医疗质量的变化,为医院管理决策提供科学参考和依据。方法应用主成分分析法对我院2002-2011年的医疗质量进行综合评价。结果 2011年的医疗质量最佳,2005年较差,自2007年以来医院整体医疗质量逐年提高。评价结果与我院的实际情况基本相符。结论将主成分分析法用于评价医院医疗质量,其计算简便、科学、合理,结果直观、客观,为管理者及时了解和掌握医院医疗工作效率及医疗质量情况提供准确的信息,从而促进医院更好地向前发展。
Objective To understand the change of medical quality in our hospital in recent 10 years and provide scientific reference and basis for hospital management decision-making. Methods The principal component analysis was used to evaluate the medical quality of our hospital from 2002 to 2011. Results The medical quality in 2011 was the best, with a poor in 2005. Since 2007, the overall medical quality in hospitals has been increasing year by year. Evaluation results and the actual situation in our hospital basically consistent. Conclusion The principal component analysis method is used to evaluate the quality of hospital medical treatment. The calculation is simple, scientific and reasonable, the result is intuitive and objective. It can provide managers with timely and accurate information on medical work efficiency and medical quality so as to promote the hospital more Good to move forward.
