网格重划技术是制约三维大变形塑性有限元发展的关键之一。本文基于ANSYS二次开发的三维有限变形弹塑性有限元软件,研究并建立了三维网格重划系统,该系统利用特征线和特征面提取法得到变形体的轮廓线和面进行网格重划,利用等参逆变换法直接将旧网格节点上的信息传递到新网格的高斯点上,可节约计算时间,提高计算精度,利用设定的标准场量分布与经传递的场量分布比较,分析了该系统信息传递的精度,并利用方料镦粗算例验证了该系统的可行性。
Grid re-dicing technique is one of the keys to restrict the development of three-dimensional large plastic finite element.
