3月,十一届全国人民代表大会三次会议和中国人民政治协商会议十一届全国委员会三次会议在北京隆重召开。来自全国各地、代表各行各业的数千名代表、委员中间,活跃着宗教界的身影。他们出现在人民大会堂时,往往成为各路媒体记者镜头中亮丽的“风景”。2010年的中国,改革开放已过而立之年,经济发展和社会转型任务繁重。在这样的背景下,如何充分发挥宗教界人士及信教群众“在促进社会和谐”与“促进经济社会发展”中的积极作用,成为宗教界代表、委员高度关注、积极探索的重要课题,也是他们在2010年两会上所思所言的出发点和落脚点。
