国家执行对外开放、对内搞活的政策以来,乡镇企业蓬勃发展,其中食品工业的发展速度也很快,除必须搞好卫生工作外,对食品添加剂的使用必须予以重视。现将有关问题作如下说明。 1.什么是食品添加剂? 食品添加剂系指为防止食品腐败变质,或改善食品的品质,或增强食品的感官性状(色、香、味特性),(?)其它加工工艺的需要(添加剂本身无营养意义或并非以提高营养价值为目的)而加入食品中的化学合成物质或天然物质。
