事件陕西凤县斥巨资建“月光之城”地处秦岭深山、人口不足13万的陕西省凤县提出要打造“月光之城”。为此,实施了山体、街道和“一江两岸”亮化工程。在县城对面的高山上,建造了一个直径约4米的LED太阳能人造月亮,并在周边山体上设置了2700余颗人造星星。据有关部门统计数据,“一江两岸”工程花费6470余万,人造月亮、星星等花费200万元。此外,凤县还在国道两侧建成数十公里长的江南民居,打造“水韵江南”景观。短短两三年内,凤县各项旅游投入已达6.5亿元。
