编辑同志:近几年来,在各级工商部门党组织和地方党委组织部门的领导和重视下,我区个私协会在抓党建工作方面,虽然取得了一定成绩。但是,由于各方面的原因,目前我区个私协会党建工作还存在着许多问题:一是对个体私营企业党建工作重视程度不够,党组织建设相对滞后。一些地方在思想认识上存在着偏差,认为个体私营企业中党建工作难搞,没有成型的路子可走,单靠个私协组织很难抓好。随着国企改革深入,区域经济逐步转向个体私营,加上机构人员的精简,将会有越来越多的党员随着下岗和分流一起流向个体私营企业行列,这些新情况、新特点,还没有引起足够的重视。有的市、县个体
