全国平,转炉炉外精炼经验交流会于1986年8月20日～24日在成都无缝钢管厂举行。到会代表73名,来自鞍钢、武钢、首钢、攀钢、上海冶金局、齐钢、重钢等重点企业及北京钢铁学院、东北工学院和攀枝花钢铁研究院等单位。交流会由冶金部钢铁司主持。15位代表作了报告。会议总结了“六五”期间炉外精炼技术的经验与问题。“六五”期间全国平、转炉中应用炉外精炼技术有了较大的发展,表现在:1.大力推广与普及了钢包吹Ar技术,1985年已有1千多万吨钢经过吹Ar处理。2.开发了合成渣吹Ar搅拌简
