Hangzhou Steam Turbine Factory imported a 77.38 type electronic computer from West Germany in 1978, and it has been installed and put into operation. The computer room air conditioner adopts a sandwich floor air supply method. The sandwich floor is imported from West Germany, and is divided into two types: orifice plate and non-porous plate. Specifications are 600 x 600 x 40 mm. The board is pressed with wood chips and a soft plastic plate about 1.5 mm thick, which is not prone to static electricity, is attached to the board, and a layer of aluminum foil is attached below. There are six rows of air supply holes on the perforated plate, and each two rows are close to each other with 28 holes in each row. The axis of the hole is at an angle of 45° to the plane, the hole diameter is φ9 mm, the hole distance is 20 mm, and the axes of the two rows of air outlets next to each other intersect.
