目的 针对当前优质护理用于自然分娩产妇的护理质量及护理满意度开展深入分析，判断优质护理在自然分娩产妇临床应用的价值?方法 选取我院2019年1-12月收治的自然分娩产妇80例为研究对象，遵从“乱数表法”分配原则，将参与研究的产妇分为对照组和研究组，每组40例?研究组给予优质护理，对照组给予常规护理?比较两组的护理效果?结果 对照组的产后护理质量低于研究组， 组间差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)?对照组的产后护理满意度低于研究组，组间差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)?对照组的产妇生活质量低于研究组，“,”Objective To conduct an in-depth analysis of the nursing quality and satisfaction of current high-quality nursing for women with natural childbirth, and to judge the value of high-quality nursing in the clinical application of women with natural childbirth. Methods Select 80 cases of natural childbirth women admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 as the research objects, follow the “random number table method” allocation principle, and assign the natural childbirth women participating in the study to the reference group and the study group, 40 cases in each group. The study group were given high-quality care, the reference group were given regular care. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The quality of postpartum care in the reference group was lower than that of the study group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The postpartum care satisfaction of the reference group was lower than that of the study group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The maternal life quality of the reference group was lower than that of the study group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Providing high-quality nursing care to women with natural delivery can ensure the quality of life of the women after delivery, optimize the nursing satisfaction of the women to reach the ideal expectations, and is worthy of widespread use in the current clinical nursing work.
