遵照毛主席关于“以学为主,兼学别样”的伟大指示,在各级党委和学校党支部的领导下,在夏县地震台的指导帮助下,我们于去年九月成立了地震测报小组.一年来,我们以路线斗争为纲,狠批了林彪、孔老二所散布的“地震不可知论”、“群众落后论”等谬论,调动了师生的积极性.自力更生,土法上马,利用土地电较成功地予报了四次地震.并做到了人员换班,数据不断线;群测员由四人增加到十二人,涌现出了许多好人好事.一、加强党的领导,提高思想认识加强党的一元化领导是搞好群测群防工作的保证.《人民日报》“七·一”社论中指出:“党、政、军、民、学,东、西、南、北、中,党是领导一切的.”我校的测报小组由学校党支部书记李成才同志任组长,共产党员物理教师张祁锁同志具体负责.各班都选了思想觉悟高,纪律观念强的同学担任这一工作.
